Pre and Post Care Instructions

Pre- Treatment Instructions:

• Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing

• No lotions or make-up on the area being treated

• Drink at 5-6 Liters of water

• Avoid alcohol for 24 hours

• Avoid Ibuprophen

• Do not eat 2 hours prior to appt. Especially carbohydrates, as these tend to make the body have a hard time dropping to the temperatures we need to initiate apoptosis (programmed cell death)

• Follow a healthy, well-balanced diet

After Care:

Do not consume alcohol for 3-4 days

Follow a healthy, well-balanced diet (You will not see optimum results if you eat poorly)

Do not sauna for 24 hours, After the 24 hour period you want to sweat as much a possible for the next 7 days.

Drink a ton of water for at least 7 days

Exercise

If you are on your period follow post care instructions for two more days after your cycle ends.
